These terms govern access to the CNTRLD.AI™ platform, including the fourteen day trial. By creating an account or accepting these terms for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
This page sets out the structure and the plain language intent of each clause so the trial form has a working destination. The operative wording is to be supplied by counsel before launch. Do not treat this as executed contract language.
Who the contract is between, that acceptance requires authority to bind the organization, and how the terms are updated and notified.
Eligibility, one trial per organization, the isolated trial workspace, that a payment card is required at signup and is not charged during the trial, and that the trial ends automatically after fourteen days.
That the subscription begins on day fifteen unless cancelled inside the workspace during the trial, the billing cycle and taxes, non refundability of paid periods, and the offboarding of workspaces that do not convert.
Permitted business use, prohibition on benchmarking for publication without consent, on reverse engineering, and on submitting data you lack the right to process.
That customer data and the decision record remain the customer's property, are exportable, are processed only to produce and evidence verdicts, and are not used to train general models. Retention and deletion on termination.
That a governed verdict supports a decision and does not replace the customer's own legal, regulatory, clinical, or professional judgment, and that accountability for acting on a verdict remains with the customer.
Mutual confidentiality, and that the platform, its methods, and its configuration remain CNTRLD.AI property. Trademarks including CNTRLD.AI™, AI Decision Assurance and Trust™, and OmniPlane One™.
Service availability commitments for paid plans, that trials are provided as is, warranty disclaimers, and the limitation of liability.
How either party ends the agreement, grounds for suspension, and what survives termination including the customer's export rights.
